• Medicare Chronic Disease Management & Eating Disorder Care Plans. Please note the rebate is applied to our full fee and a gap payment will occur
• Private & Self Referrals
• Private Health Funds (HICAPS Available)
• National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
• Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) Gold Card Referrals
• Australian Defence Force Referrals
• Waratah PHN Referrals in corresponding rural locations
