Peta Cullis

Peta is a highly experienced Dietitian and the founder of Ingrained Nutrition, a dietetics service she launched in 2009. Built from the ground up in her home-town of Wagga Wagga, later joined by more amazing dietitians, Ingrained Nutrition provides clinic, in-home and telehealth appointments across New South Wales and Queensland. Over 16 years, Peta has built her reputation for translating evidence into real-world results across NDIS and disability nutrition, aged-care menu reviews, and community dietetics. Known for her strong value-based company that fosters collaboration and partnerships with support coordinators, plan managers, care staff and families.

Peta is passionate about rural & regional health care and committed to private practice dietetics. A practical and pragmatic approach to nutrition that encompasses all facets of health and wellbeing, she leads her team to showcase the epitome of what a great dietitian should be.

Peta is an APD with Ba. HSc (Nutrition & Dietetics), Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and is a Clinical Supervisor. She brings advanced credentials in paediatrics and adolescence (Grad Cert), eating disorders (Credentialed Eating Disorders Dietitian; trained in CBT-E, DBT, GSH and CBT-AR for ARFID), bowel & bladder/continence assessment and SOS feeding therapy. Additional qualifications include ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist, and an NDIS Level 1 Support Coordinator. Peta positioned herself as an expert in her field in NDIS reports and capacity-building plans, PEG/enteral support, and aged-care menu reviews and servicing.

In addition to her clinical expertise she is a media expert, a published author and invited speaker, clinical council member and advisory advocate across the health sector, consulting to allied health teams and practices nationwide. She prides herself on bringing her years of experience working in the medical field and training Dietitians and associated medical professions to ensure she fixes her clients’ symptoms and nutritional challenges, whilst collaborating with the wider medical community. Thinking outside the box and looking at the bigger picture, she is able to collaborate and advise her clients towards long lasting health and well-being.

In her spare time Peta loves playing with her four miniature goats, 12 chickens and her 9 year old life-loving foodie daughter.

Peta is available in Sunshine Coast to Wide Bay for face-to-face in-clinic and in-home appointments, and Wagga to Albury via telehealth.

She took a break from dietetics to raise her two beautiful children, but always being drawn to the profession, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition in 2019 and returned back to practice in 2023.

Tracy has a supportive and holistic approach, and this lends itself to supporting people through managing conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and in weight-and body-composition management. She specialises in complex weight management and menopause.

Daneka Robinson

Daneka is the newest member of the Ingrained Nutrition team and brings a calm, thoughtful presence to her work. She cares deeply about creating a space where people feel genuinely listened to and supported, especially if their relationship with food or their body has felt complicated or frustrating in the past. Her goal is to help clients step away from guilt and rigid rules and build confidence, trust and clarity around eating.

Daneka holds a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) and combines strong clinical knowledge with practical, realistic strategies that fit into everyday life. She supports clients across a range of areas including diabetes, high cholesterol and general healthy eating, always tailoring her approach to the individual sitting in front of her. Living with anaphylaxis to multiple foods has played a significant role in shaping her path into dietetics. Navigating food allergies personally has given her a deeper understanding of the challenges, anxiety and planning that can come with eating, and it continues to influence the empathy and care she brings to her practice.

Having grown up dancing, movement has always been part of Daneka’s life. It shaped her appreciation for discipline, body awareness and balance, which continue to influence her approach today. Outside of work, you will likely find her enjoying Pilates, experimenting in the kitchen or indulging her love of fashion.
