Peta has been practising as a dietitian for 10+ years, born and bred in Wagga Wagga and has worked across a range of different industries in aged care, community home visits, nutrigenomics and private practice starting her own dietetics practice in 2009. Peta has enjoyed a wide variety of roles and particularly loved supporting people suffering with common chronic conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management during her early career.
Peta begun building on her skills and experience supporting families and kids with disordered, fussy eating and allergies/intolerances completing additional training as an SOS Expert dietitian and completed her Graduate Certificate in Paediatrics and Adolescence in 2016. She now supports dietitians across the country extending her wealth of knowledge to new graduate dietitians within social media platforms and consultancy. Peta is a media expert, a published author and guest presenter at universities and in the corporate setting and she prides herself on ensuring she helps every single client improve their symptoms and nutritional challenges, whilst collaborating with the wider medical community. Thinking outside the box and looking at the bigger picture, she is able to help her clients towards the improved health and well-being.
In her spare time Peta is busy teaching her busy 3 year old the love of food and eating and sharing it with the world.

Caitlin has been working as a dietitian in private practice in Wagga Wagga for the past 6 years where she was born, bred and completed her studies. Caitlin has primarily worked in chronic disease management throughout this time and loves to see people of all ages for a wide range of health conditions. Her passion areas lie in gastrointestinal health in which she has completed additional studies in the area of irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies and intolerances. Working with children in the area of fussy and problem eating is one of Caitlin’s passions, having raised her daughter in Wagga and knowing the difficulties parents can face with fussy and problem eating she loves to work with families to make meal times easier and assist with meeting their nutritional needs.

Josh is excited to return back to his hometown of Wagga Wagga after 10 years out of the Murrumbidgee studying and working, to join the Ingrained Nutrition team. Josh has a passion for improving health across the lifecycle from paediatric and child-family nutrition extending to the elderly living within aged care and independently. He values the importance of a community and the impact one can have on improving the health and wellbeing of rural and regional areas, with a desire to make a difference to

Josh enjoys an active lifestyle, loves a strong coffee and is a frustrated yet deeply committed supporter of the Cronulla Sharks NRL team. He had a former career in hospitality industry that fuelled his obsession with fine-dining and cooking of which he is more than happy to talk your ear off about!
