Peta Cullis

Peta has been practising as a dietitian for 12 years, born and bred in Wagga Wagga and has worked across a range of different industries in aged care, community home visits, nutrigenomics and private practice starting her own dietetics practice in 2009. Peta has enjoyed a wide variety of roles and particularly loved supporting people suffering with common chronic conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management during her early career.

Peta begun building on her skills and experience supporting families and kids with disordered, fussy eating and allergies/intolerances completing additional training as an SOS Expert dietitian and completed her Graduate Certificate in Paediatrics and Adolescence in 2016. She now supports dietitians across the country extending her wealth of knowledge to new graduate dietitians within social media platforms and consultancy.  

Peta is a media expert, a published author and guest presenter at universities and in the corporate setting and she prides herself on ensuring she helps every single client improve their symptoms and nutritional challenges, whilst collaborating with the wider medical community. Thinking outside the box and looking at the bigger picture, she is able to help her clients towards the improved health and well-being.

In her spare time Peta loves playing with her 2 miniature goats, 8 chickens and her 5 year old fun loving foodie.

Caitlin Scane

Caitlin has been working as a dietitian in private practice in Wagga Wagga for the past 8 years where she was born, bred and completed her studies. Caitlin has been the leading force to the Ingrained Nutrition team, bring her experience, support approach and accumulated knowledge in nutrition and the application to real-life situations. Her clients and referring teams, are eagerly waiting for her to return from Maternity Leave Mid-2022. 

Her passion lies in gastrointestinal health having completed additional studies in 2017, as a FODMAP Accredited dietitian. Caitlin has had years of experience working with clients to solve their Irritable Bowels and food intolerances. 

As a capable mum and dietitian, raising 2 young girls, Caitlin can also empathises with the challenges of feeding children, and she enjoys helping both children and parents to confidently tackle fussy eating and problem feeding.  She loves to work with families to make meal times easier at the same time as optimising their nutritional health and wellbeing.

Joshua Schiller

Josh has an undeniable love of food, having worked for 10 years in hospitality industry before practising dietetics.  He combines his love of food to give practical solutions to nutrition problems.  

He has a passion for improving health across the lifecycle from paediatric and child-family nutrition extending to the elderly living within aged care and independently.  He values the importance of a community and the impact one can have on improving the health and wellbeing of rural and regional areas, embedding himself into the regions he lives and works in.

In his spare time he enjoys an active lifestyle, loves a strong coffee and is a frustrated yet deeply committed supporter of the Cronulla Sharks NRL team.

Emma Pearson

Emma moved to Wagga Wagga in 2021 to join the Ingrained Nutrition team. Having come from the South Coast, growing up  in Jervis Bay and studying at the University of Wollongong, Emma has been enjoying all the Murrumbidgee region has to offer. 

Emma’s bubbly personality and compassion for her clients is second to none, with a sheer intrigue and willingness to help her clients towards improved health, she loves the impact dietitians can have on all areas of her clients lives. 

Emma enjoys working with all clients, in particular families, children and those suffering with gut troubles. Having completed the SOS feeding therapies course in 2021 and a FODMAP Accredited Practitioner, she loves helping children and adults with feeding and gut problems.
