Save this super easy throw together meal that is great for familys

Ingredients
• 500g bag of gnocchi
•Large jar of passata sauce (I use the Italian herbs version)
•2 cups any mixed veg, I used red onion, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, capsicum, carrot
• 1 large chicken breast
• 2 rashers of short-cut bacon
• I cup shredded cheese

Method

~ Heat a deep oven-proof frying pan with a splash of olive oil
~ dice chicken and bacon and pan fry
~ meanwhile be cooking gnocchi in boiling water to packet directions
~ add veggies (diced) to frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, add passata and simmer for 10 minutes
~turn on grill in over
~ add cooked and drained gnocchi to passata mix, stir through and sprinkle grated cheese over the top
~transfer frying pan to oven and grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has browned.

Enjoy! Serves 4-5
