Dedicated nutrition and dietetics for BARE with Leah Itsines

While the new year usually brings a lot of “quick fix” noise, at Ingrained Nutritionwe’ve spent the break reflecting on the incredible growth of our community and some massive projects we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

From major national partnerships to elevating community health standards, our team is hitting the ground running.

Big news: Ingrained Nutrition is providing dietetics for BARE with Leah Itsines

We are beyond excited to officially announce that Ingrained Nutrition is now the dedicated nutrition and dietetics provider for Leah Itsines and Mitch from BARE!

This partnership began a few months ago when Peta travelled to the Gold Coast. What started as a one-off opportunity quickly ignited into a solidified partnership.

Our team of dietitians has been working tirelessly in the background providing clinical oversight and nutritional expertise for the BARE App. We are so proud to bring our evidence-based approach to such a vibrant, food-loving community!

What is BARE by Leah Itsines?

Leah Itsines is the creator of BARE, which stands for Balanced and Realistic Eating. BARE is designed to help people build healthy, sustainable eating habits without restrictive dieting.

On Leah’s website you can find a mix of free recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts. There’s also a selection of eBooks available filled with nutritious, approachable recipes and meal plans that make everyday cooking easier and more enjoyable.

The BARE Guides range from general balanced eating resources, to more specialised versions like BARE Pregnancy, all aimed at showing that you can enjoy foods you love while improving your health through mindful eating. Leah also nurtures a supportive online community around these guides, encouraging confidence in the kitchen and long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes.

Excitingly, Leah and the BARE team have been working on developing a BARE App to support her community of foodies. This is where Ingrained Nutrition has been helping out, providing critical guidance and expertise. We are so excited to work with Leah and her community.
