  • 1.5 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbs no added salt tomato paste
  • Diced pineapple
  • 50g Lean ham
  • ¼ avocado (Optional)

  1. Mix flour and Greek yoghurt in a bowl
  2. Sprinkle flour on a board and roll out dough to 1cm thick
  3. Spread tomato paste followed by cheese and pineapple and ham
  4. Roll dough up with ingredients inside
  5. Slice into 2cm thick slices and place on a lined oven tray
  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
